Chapter 8 Shlokas 12, 13

सर्वद्वाराणि संयम्य मनो हृदि निरुध्य च।

मूर्ध्न्याधायात्मन: प्राणमास्थितो योगधारणाम्।।१२।।

ओमित्येकाक्षरं ब्रह्म व्याहरन्मामनुस्मरन्।

य: प्रयाति त्यजन्देहं स याति परमां गतिम्।।१३।।

Having brought under control the portals of all the sense organs, having steadied the mind in the heart, having established one’s life breath in the head and having gained steadfastness in Yoga,

 whosoever invokes Brahm in the form of this one syllable word ‘Om’ and consequently dwelling on Me leaves the body- that being attains the highest state.
