| Param Pujya Ma defined for Arpana’s members the path of Dharma or righteous living, showing that spiritual life is not only knowledge of the Scriptures, but their translation into daily life. |
The members of Arpana are volunteers from different lands, faiths and social backgrounds, including many professionals with considerable experience, learning to practise selfless service. Together, they seek to assimilate and practise in their lives the eternal values, taught by the Prophets of all religions throughout the ages. This is their commitment for life.
WHAT WE DO
It is Arpana's endeavour to carry out research in the Scriptures in the light of Vedanta as elucidated by Param Pujya Ma. This research is aimed at rediscovering a scientific method of spiritual life which, when applied, yields an atmosphere of harmony, peace and joy.
Regular discourses by Chhote Ma at the temple at Madhuban and also in Delhi and other cities on demand, help others to learn the way of life as shown by Param Pujya Ma. ( See "Spiritual Discourses")
Arpana’s Publications share Param Pujya Ma’s philosophy not only through books containing her elucidations of the Scriptures but also in a quarterly magazine, Arpana Pushpanjali, published both in English and Hindi. (See “Arpana Publications”)
Dance dramas are performed regularly on 26/27th August each year, based on the lives of sages and Prophets as elucidated by Pujya Ma. (See "Stage Presentations")
The Arpana Trust carries out projects for the welfare of marginalised and urban slum dwellers in Delhi, with a focus on holistic health, socio-economic welfare and empowerment of women.
