The Arpana Community
Welfare Centre, Vasant Vihar, New Delhi, came
up as a result of a heightened perception of the
necessity of a Centre in Delhi under which all
Arpana’s services in Delhi could be planned,
co-ordinated and supported.
Inaugurated
in 2002, the Centre is now the hub of Arpana’s
activities in Delhi, coordinating the expertise,
talents and capabilities of many members and volunteers.
